Enterprise III Systems, Inc. (E3SI) is a document imaging systems integrator and services provider. Our goal is to provide high quality information technology solutions and exceptional customer service. We are equipped to perform document management services at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia or at the customer facility. For the past six years, E3SI has provided technical support services to the Department of Transportation (DOT). This support includes performing on more than 20 imaging related task projects. In recognition of our successful solutions to DOT, we received the NHTSA "1998 Outstanding Minority Business" award for the Airbag On/Off Switch installation request project. Also, E3SI provides full-time onsite support and offsite image processing of documents, as well as maintenance, and access to some of NHTSA’s imaging related database systems located at our facility. E3SI services for application development include document capture, storage and retrieval, survey analysis, and database administration. The project incorporated the delivery of integrated imaging, airbag on/off switch requests processing, help desk support, and database management into four services oriented projects. In addition to the imaging work performed for DOT, E3SI provided a major imaging and workflow system for the State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR ), Unemployment Tax Division. We upgraded their tax processing system with 32-bit applications using commercial off-the-shelf imaging and workflow software products. This contract was awarded to E3SI after the company successfully completed a comprehensive analysis of the DLLR existing systems and business process. The contract performed in two phases: Phase I was the business and application analysis phase and Phase II was the development and implementation phase. E3SI, a certified 8(a) small business, has the resources and the expertise to provide similar support services as well as business process analysis and solution implementation for other government agencies and the private sector.
