E3SI’s family of services ranges from business process analysis to design and implementation of image and workflow systems. We provide turnkey systems or ongoing system development and implementation as well as help desk support. Applications implemented by E3SI personnel include document capture, storage and retrieval, system analysis, and database development.
In recognition of our exemplary service for system implementation on the Department of Transportation Airbag On/Off Switch Installation Request project, we were awarded the "1998 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Outstanding Minority Business Award." Services provided for this project included delivery of integrated imaging services, airbag on/off switch requests processing, help desk support, and database management.
Enterprise III Systems, Inc., established as an electronic imaging
system and network-consulting firm, was founded by George W. Cooper III,
President and CEO, and was certified as an 8(a) small business in 1992.
Mr. Cooper has over 25 years of professional technical experience, serving in the computer sales and marketing field for several large corporations prior to establishing E3SI. Through his people skills and expertise in marketing, Mr. Cooper quickly acquired his first government contract with the Department of Transportation (DOT). Since that initial contract, he has grown the company to support multiple DOT task orders under that contract as well as service contracts with the State of Maryland. Mr. Cooper has staffed his organization with well-qualified, talented individuals with choice credentials to provide the support required by current and future E3SI clients.
Mr. Cooper’s mission for the company is "to provide innovative, quality integrated document imaging and network solutions and support to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction."
